GentleFill is a medical device company in active development, founded in 2023, focused on bringing engineered precision to a clinical procedure that has historically depended on practitioner skill alone.

Why we exist

Etched dermal lines — the persistent creases that remain after Botulinum toxin treatment — sit at a depth conventional dermal fillers were never designed for. We are building the device we believe this procedure has been waiting for.

How we got here

What makes our approach different

Our device is engineered around three measurable parameters that the current state of practice doesn’t formally control: depth, dose, and angle. Each is calibrated to a tolerance an order of magnitude tighter than what manual injection can guarantee.
